About Me
About Me

I am a doctoral student and researcher in the Physics department of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH) in Greece. My research focuses on various solid-state systems (mainly Transition Metal Dichalcogenides and 2D material) employing optical spectroscopic techniques (Raman spectroscopy, photoluminescence) both at ambient and elevated pressure. I have gained practical expertise in the growth/manipulation of 2D material via Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) and mechanical exfoliation.

I hold an MSc with distinction in Materials Physics & Technology and a BEng/MSc equivalent diploma in Electrical, Telecommunications & Computer Engineering from AUTH. From 2004 till the present day, I have gained all-around working experience from the Greek public sector, various Startups, Non-Profit organizations, and a research facility.
